Bevs' on the computer now!!!
hi my name is Bev Meier, i'm enjoying learning the computer to keep in touch with family and friends. I lived and worked in Switzerland so can keep in touch with friends whose children i minded. Its a big hurdle for me and great help at the seniors centre. Wow i am on the internet, hello world. Talk to you soon

Hi! In 1943 I was born in INVERELL N.S.W. and lived on a property called" Rocky Glen" near Ashford. In 1983 I toured Australia I consider at the best time, unspoiled. I am interestered in photography, cake decorating and floral art among ather things, I enjoy living life like travelling, fishing and gardening and now I am sending my self mad learning to use the computer.
This how I come to to be here typing this out at our Telecentre at Collinsville, where I have received a lot of help from Sue the cordonator and her helpers. These sessions are sponsered by the retired minors.
At present I am learning to put my movie film and photos onto DVD.
I will keep up dates on my progress

Hi my name is Farida and I'm here at the collinsville seniors sessions, having a ball doing what I have wanted to do for so long and that is editing my photo's to create my albums and make movies with them, something no TAFE close by could help me with. At one time I would never even touch a computor and now here I am. Almost a professional with help from the staff here at telecentre, they are awesome.
